Service - Guarantee card

SIA "Rolling" provides a 3  month guarantee for the services offered and parts exchanged by it. The guarantee may also be determined per number of prints, as defined by the equipment manufacturer’s resource for the exchanged parts. The guarantee is valid, if the client has complied with the rules for equipment operation and storage according to the equipment manufacturer’s manual. The guarantee is valid upon the client presenting a Service Report for the equipment which had previously undergone maintenance and/or repairs (a Service Report is provided after completing the work and it shall include the date when the work was completed, a description of the parts exchanged and/or the work performed), as well as the invoice or its copy issued to the client for the services provided and/or the parts exchanged. The guarantee is valid, if the client informs "Rolling" of the equipment malfunction and stops using it immediately. The guarantee is not valid if the equipment has been repaired and/or disassembled by the Client or a third party. No guarantee will be provided for the parts exchanged or services provided by "Rolling" upon detecting that the damage had incurred as a result of the client’s actions or due to the client not complying with the rules of operation for the equipment, using non-original source materials or filled and/or refurbished cartridges from other suppliers, or arbitrarily repairing the equipment. The client shall pay for the maintenance and/or repairs of the damages incurred as a result of the client’s actions in not complying with the rules of operation for the equipment, using non-original source materials or filled and/or refurbished cartridges from other suppliers, or arbitrarily repairing the equipment, based on a separate invoice according to the "Rolling" services price list (the price list is available on the "Rolling" website, under the Cost of Services section). The guarantee is not valid, if at the time of requesting the guaranteed services, the client has not paid an invoice for the services provided or parts exchanged previously, provided that the payment deadline of that invoice has passed. "Rolling" shall renew the guarantee as soon as the client makes the payment.
