Regarding the activities of the company with similar company name

Dear Customers,

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we have received complaints from our customers that representatives of a company has been distributing misleading information about the reorganisation and change of the name of our company etc., and offering as an alternative a possibility to choose the services of this other limited liability company.

We inform you that these rumours are not true and BTSC is continuing its daily activities on providing service to our customers! The distribution of such information has been deliberate in order to entice the customers of the BTSC to another company.

We have discovered that the name of the company, represented by the above mentioned persons, is misleadingly similar to the name of the BTSC company, both in the full name as well as the abbreviation of the LLC, namely - SIA Baltijas Biroja Tehnikas Centrs (LLC) or BBTC, reg. No. 50103341251. Therefore, we would like to ask you to pay attention and avoid the fact that your company is being misled and your orders are passed on to this LLC. You have every right to refuse these orders.
