BTSC concludes a construction contract with A/S UPB

On the grounds of tender results, SIA “Biroja tehnikas servisa centrs” (BTSC) signed a construction contract with the company A/S UPB on the 22 February 2012. The total costs of the building, which will include the BTSC office, production unit and warehouse and the construction of which will begin on 2 April 2012, and of the necessary equipment will constitute more than 2.6 million lats. The building will offer more than 5400 m2 of space. This project is co-financed by the long-standing cooperation partner of BTSC – the SEB bank The building is planned to be commissioned on 28 February 2013. With the implementation of this project, BTSC will become the only company in Latvia to have reached the goal it had set a long time ago, namely, to provide full service to meet all needs of any office in compliance with the quality of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, offering customers full computer and office equipment service and sales, as well as delivery of office supplies, foodstuffs, household goods, and other goods required by an office from the BTSC own warehouse.
