Additional information in connection with the Rolling news from 16.05.2017 and 30.05.2017.

Dear employees, friends, business partners and supporters of company ROLLING!

As I have already committed – with this I would like to inform all about the Court's judgment on the issue of efforts to achieve the company`s "Rolling" insolvency by occasional abusive actions of dishonest people.

Yesterday – 14th of June , the court delivered a judgment - completely rejecting the submitted insolvency petition as unfounded, recognizing that the company has no signs of insolvency and bankruptcy case has been closed.

As I have already stated, I fully trusted the law and court action, so it is especially nice to know that my trust has been justified.

At the moment, I consider my possible actions of the offender prosecution in accordance with the procedure established by law.
